Ok... The bailiff says out loud every one in this courtroom today, just pay $75 and go home. seriously! (traffic court) lots of people say ok cool, no judge even came into the courtroom. The bailiff acting judge tells every one pay $75 no court cost, your ticket goes away, just go down stairs and pay the money and its done. This one older white haired man says "hey" I am here to fight this thing. Oh My God,  you should have seen the bailiff, he rushed the guy and told him loudly "you do not want to see the judge today" get your ass out of here before you go to jail. This guy says NO I want to see the judge. So now all other people in the courtroom get a little scared and move out quickly. Is this LEGAL? I caught up with the old guy later, he said the judge came in furious. They had to call in the officer who wrote the ticket but the officer could not remember him, the judge told him he was the law and convicted him, that $75 walk away turned into $250 with a no jury trial, just a shut up pay it or worse things will happen... TRUE STORY!
